Our Deep Clean package is designed for an intensive cleaning experience. From scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms to kitchen detail cleaning, we ensure every corner of your home is spotless.
Cancellation Policy
BrightHaven Cleaning Co. schedules all services by confirmed appointment. A deposit may be required for first-time clients, deep cleans, move-in/out services, and Airbnb turnovers. Your appointment is not fully secured until confirmation and deposit (if applicable) are received. We reserve time, staff, and supplies for each booking. For this reason, cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or lockout situations (where we cannot access the home) may be billed in full. One complimentary reschedule is allowed if done before the 48-hour window. Clients may provide entry by being home, leaving a key, or giving access instructions (lockbox, code, garage, etc.). If a technician is unable to enter the property after arrival, the appointment is considered a late cancellation. Payment is due the same day service is completed. Invoices not paid within 5 days may incur a late fee and pause future scheduling. If additional time is required due to heavy buildup, extra rooms, or significant clutter not shown during quoting, we will pause service and contact you for approval before proceeding. We will never add charges without consent.
